Terms of Service for Zig AI Inc.
Welcome to Zig AI Inc. ("Zig", "Zig.ai", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access
to and use of the website https://zig.ai and any related services, applications or software provided by Zig AI Inc.
(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the
Service.
If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. A separately agreed
order form or services agreement controls conflicting commercial terms. Agreed data-processing terms control
conflicts concerning the processing or protection of personal information; mandatory international-transfer terms
retain their required precedence.
1. Definitions
User / You - any individual or legal entity using the Service.
Account - a registered user account used to access the Service.
Content - data, information, text, files or other material you submit or make available through connected services.
Generated outputs are addressed in Section 7.
2. Registration and Accounts
To access the Service, you may be required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are
responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. You may
not share your credentials or use another user's account without consent.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You may use the Service only for lawful, permitted purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws and these
Terms. Prohibited activities include using the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; hacking
or attempting unauthorized access; reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing security measures;
distributing malware or spam; and infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Payments and Subscription
If the Service offers paid plans, you agree to pay all subscription fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result
in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property and Content
All rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos and documentation,
belong to Zig AI Inc. You obtain no ownership rights in the Service. Subject to these Terms and any applicable
subscription, Zig grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your
authorized business purposes.
You retain your rights in Content and must have the rights and permissions needed to provide or connect it. You
grant Zig AI Inc. permission to store, process and manage Content only as necessary to deliver the authorized
Service, subject to applicable law and agreed data-processing terms.6. Connected Services
You may choose to connect Zig to third-party services such as email, calendar, CRM, communications, or other
business applications. By connecting a service, you authorize Zig to access and process information from that
service as necessary to provide the features you enable. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their
applicable terms and policies.
Website Visitor Identification. If you enable website visitor tracking or identification through third-party providers,
you authorize Zig to process the resulting visitor information and deliver it to you and your authorized connected
systems. You are responsible for ensuring that collection, disclosure and use of that information comply with
applicable privacy, cookie and marketing laws and provider terms. This includes providing accurate privacy
notices, implementing appropriate cookie banners and consent controls, obtaining consent before tracking begins
where required, and honoring withdrawals of consent, applicable opt-outs and legally recognized preference
signals. These responsibilities do not limit Zig's own obligations under applicable law.
7. AI-Powered Features
Zig uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, research, recommendations, drafts, and other outputs.
AI-generated output may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are
responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for material business decisions or external
communications.
You retain your rights in Content you provide to Zig. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use
outputs generated for you through the Service. AI-generated outputs may not be unique and similar outputs may
be generated for other users.
8. Actions and Communications
Certain Zig features may prepare or perform actions on your behalf, including sending communications or
updating connected systems, where you enable or authorize those features. You are responsible for configuring
appropriate permissions and reviewing or approving actions where required by applicable law or your
organization's policies. The Service does not authorize solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly
significant effects unless separately agreed with the safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Communications, Calls, and Recordings
If you use Zig to contact third parties by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or similar communication channels,
you are responsible for ensuring that you have any permissions or consents required by applicable law and for
honoring applicable opt-outs and communication restrictions.
If you enable call or meeting recording or transcription, you are responsible for providing any required notices and
obtaining any required consents from participants.
10. SMS Communications with Zig
When you initiate an SMS conversation with Zig, we may send relevant replies. Other account-related SMS
messages require your separate opt-in where required. Providing a number or accepting these Terms alone does
not constitute SMS consent. Zig does not use this program to send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message frequency depends on your interactions with Zig. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to
stop receiving messages or HELP for assistance. You may also disable SMS messaging under Settings >
Account. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except for express commitments in these Terms or a separately agreed contract, the Service is provided "as is"
and, to the extent permitted by law, Zig disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Zig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including
lost profits, arising from use or inability to use the Service. This does not override express data-protection
obligations, mandatory liability under applicable transfer terms, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any
separately agreed liability limits and remedies remain subject to those exceptions.
12. Termination or Suspension
Subject to applicable law and any separately agreed contract, we may suspend or terminate your access,
including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Following termination,
personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law and any agreed
data-processing terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on our website with a new "Last updated" date and
provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law. Continued use after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing
agreed data-processing agreement unless its amendment requirements are satisfied.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, CA.
