How does Zig's pricing work?
Zig is priced as execution infrastructure, not as traditional software. You pay for the work Zig actually does for your team; not for seats, not for features, and not for AI usage. This means your cost is tied directly to the operational work being handled: follow-ups sent, contacts enriched, CRM updated, meetings prepped, etc. As your team runs more work through Zig, execution becomes significantly more cost-efficient.
What counts as an "executed action"?
An executed action is any meaningful task Zig completes on behalf of your team. This includes tasks like sending an email, enriching a contact record, updating your CRM after a call, preparing a meeting brief, routing a lead, drafting a follow-up, or triggering a sequence step. Each step Zig takes to move your sales process forward counts as one action.
What plans are available?
Zig offers three plans designed around different team sizes and execution needs. Pay-As-You-Go is the baseline: best for individuals or very small teams of 1–2 reps who want to get started quickly. Growth is the recommended plan for most sales teams: designed for teams of 3 or more, with significantly discounted per-action pricing, unlimited users, and unlimited features. Enterprise is built for larger organizations with 30+ reps, where Zig becomes the execution layer across teams or departments, with custom pricing, dedicated support, and infrastructure-grade reliability.
Are the prices shown on the pricing calculator final?
Prices displayed are estimated based on your inputs. Actual pricing may vary depending on your workflow complexity, integration depth, and execution volume. For further customised plans, our sales team will help you better during the initial discussions.
What's included in every plan?
Every plan includes full platform access with all Zig capabilities. There are no feature gates, no tiered packages, and no usage caps on features. The plans differ primarily by per-action pricing and the level of onboarding support. As we ship new features, they're available to everyone automatically.
Can I start with Pay-As-You-Go and upgrade later?
Yes. As your team grows or usage increases, upgrading to Growth is seamless, and you'll benefit from lower per-action pricing and dedicated onboarding. Teams naturally move to Growth once they have more than 2 people or are running workflows across multiple integrations.
Why execution-based pricing instead of per-seat pricing?
